This was my second Toiletries bag measuring 8 1/2 inches high by 10 inches wide and 5 inches deep at the bottom. I would still like it to be wider so cut the front and back 14 or 15 inches wide. In this bag, I put an interior vinyl pocket which wasn't as hard as it sounds - all you do is cut the vinyl bigger than you need and trim it down once you have the zipper sewn in. The pocket extends to the side seams so you only have to attach a folded piece of fabric as binding on one of the 4 sides of a rectangular piece of transparent vinyl. Scroll down for basic directions. The transparent vinyl zipper pocket is nice for small things like Q-tips, cotton swabs etc.
Make the folded fabric pockets (uneven sizes) on one side of lining and the vinyl pocket on the other lining piece.
