My daughter Alex Jane loves cherries so when I spotted the pink fabric with cherries I had to buy some to make a quilt for her. Getting the dark to light fabrics was a challenge because the cherry fabric is very bright and strong and the other strong fabric is the dark green. The other fabrics were mostly light except the minty green which was a medium strength. I think if I did this again, I would use some other stronger pinks to tone down the cherry fabric. I would also not use the dark green - it's so strong that it needs to be used sparingly.
